• Neutral facial expression
• Taken within last 6 months

Visa Application Form

Complete all fields in capital letters using black ink

Bank Statement

Last 3 months showing sufficient funds

Travel Insurance

Must cover entire stay period

Proof of Address

Utility bill or rental agreement not older than 3 months

Employment Contract

Signed and stamped by employer

Police Clearance

From country of origin and current residence

Birth Certificate

Original or certified copy with apostille

Language Certificate

Minimum B1 level required

Citizenship Test Certificate

Passing score of 75% or higher required
